Whipped Feta & Heirloom Tomato Toast
ingredients
8oz block of feta
2 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp Zeit extra virgin olive oil; plus additional for toasting bread and topping
1 tbsp honey; plus additional for topping
1 tbsp honey; plus additional for topping
Heirloom tomatoes
Bread of choice
Sea salt, pepper, & red pepper flakes (optional)

In a food processor, add: feta, sour cream, 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, & 1 tbsp honey.
Process until smooth; scraping down the sides as necessary.
Set aside.
Drizzle Zeit into a pan on the stove top. Add bread of choice and allow to cook in the olive oil until crispy. Flip and repeat.
Build your toast: Add whipped feta mixture, tomato slices, and a drizzle each of honey and Zeit.
Season to your liking with sea salt, pepper, & red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
