Where do you ship?
We currently ship to 50 states in the US. We are hoping to expand our shipping internationally in the near future.
When will my Zeit order arrive?
ASAP! We’re a small-batch olive oil company, but we’re working away daily to fulfill extremely high demand. Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.
My order arrived damaged.
If your order was damaged in transit, please reach out to hello@zeitoliveoil.com and attach a photo of the product. Damaged orders will be replaced or refunded within 14 days of receiving the product.

Is Zeit certified organic?
At Zeit, we are committed to organic practices and use zero pesticides at our groves. Our small family run farm and mill is not certified organic due to the onerous and costly certification process, however, this is something we are working on as Zeit grows.
Where is Zeit olive oil produced?
Our olive oil is harvested and produced in one region, on one single grove, all grown on the same fertile soil in Lebanon.
