Each fall, in a village off the Mediterranean coast of Lebanon, our grandmother made her way to the family olive groves and began the process of harvest and cultivation to create the olive oil that our entire family will consume throughout the year. These are the same trees and the same perfected process passed down from our grandmother’s mother and 3 previous generations before her. Our family’s recipes have centered around this exceptionally perfect and fresh extra virgin olive oil, for which we have never found an adequate substitute.

Today, we hope to share our delectable and perfect olive oil with kitchens across the world. Though the times have changed, our family's goal has stayed the same: create high quality olive oil using the rich and unique flavors of the Mediterranean terrain, while maintaining the integrity of the traditional process as well as the quality of the land that continues to generate this exceptional olive oil. We are not here to reinvent the wheel that has been perfected over generations of those who know the process best, instead we hope to bring the joy and delicacy that comes from our olive oil to the kitchens across the world.
